Welthungerhilfe COVID-19 Appeal

Welthungerhilfe has developed a global COVID-19 programme to support five million people in 36 countries over the next two years. The programme includes emergency measures such as educating the population about contagion risks and prevention measures, hygiene measures and food distribution. However, the programme will also help people in rehabilitation on the basis of the 'building back better' principle in order to be better prepared for crises in the future. These include investment in agriculture, water and sanitation, support for local markets & value chains.
