Welthungerhilfe (WHH) has been working in today's South Sudan since the late 1990s, implementing projects ranging from rapid disaster relief to sustainable development cooperation. In 2022, WHH South Sudan assisted over 774,000 people (54% of whom were women) through 26 projects implented across five states.
