Best Practices: Water for All at Atlas Copco
Since its inception, Water for All has been active in Welthungerhilfe projects for water in crisis regions. Founded in Germany in 2008, it is an employees’ association of the Swedish company Atlas Copco. The concept is as simple as it is motivating and provides a good example of employee engagement: Every euro collected by the employees is doubled by the company. Through various activities like participation in corporate running events, numerous WASH projects by Welthungerhilfe have already been supported.
Atlas Copco has a long history of social engagement, with many of its national employees’ associations raising money for Water for All through a variety of initiatives.
