How can we achieve just and inclusive land reforms in times of global challenges and shrinking resources? One clear answer: through strong partnerships and strategic collaboration.

At this year's World Bank Land Conference in Washington, D.C., WHH will co-host the side meeting "Strengthening Partnerships for Inclusive Land Reforms" alongside our international partners RVO (Netherlands Enterprise Agency), FAO, GIZ, and ILC (International Land Coalition). The session will focus on inclusive land policies, multi-stakeholder approaches, and the exchange of concrete opportunities for collaboration.

Through our Land for Life program, we advocate for people-centered land governance, inclusive dialogue and decision-making processes, and secure land rights for marginalized groups. In a world increasingly shaped by uncertainty – be it the climate crisis, food insecurity, or political instability – what’s needed are collective and co-created solutions.

Impact is built through collaboration, not competition. Only by pooling resources, knowledge, and experience can we build fair and sustainable land systems for the future.

We look forward to connecting with partners from government, civil society, and international organizations and shaping the next steps for people-centered land governance together.
