EUROPEAID: INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION AND DEVELOPMENT

As an EU directorate-general, EuropeAid is responsible for formulating and implementing EU development cooperation.

In order to ensure a coherent approach, EuropeAid works closely with the European External Action Service (with delegations in more than 140 countries) as well as with other bodies responsible for thematic strategies.
