Since 2018, Microsoft has been supporting Welthungerhilfe with the development of the ChildGrowthMonitor mobile app, which aims to make a difference in the global fight against hunger by facilitating faster aid for malnourished children. The app is being developed on the company's platform.
Employees of Microsoft Germany are also involved: In a large donation drive, they collected money for Welthungerhilfe projects, and management tripled the total donations—a good example of how to sustainably connect corporate and employee engagement.
